Submissions
Information you submit through our forms must be accurate and yours to share. We handle it per our Privacy Policy.
Service scope and timelines
Our 14-day launch commitment covers the standard launch scope agreed in writing, measured from the date we receive your content and access. Larger or custom builds run on a dated schedule set in the proposal. Our satisfaction commitment covers revisions within the approved scope until the build matches the agreed specification; new scope is quoted separately.
Calls, texts, and automated assistants
Where you consent, we may contact you by phone, text, or an AI voice assistant. Reply STOP to end text messages and ask for a human at any point in a call. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Communications & SMS Terms and AI Call Disclosure for details.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdResst Media is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
